Notice is hereby given that a virtual Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County will be held at 8:15 a.m., on Thursday, November 5, 2020.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss and take action on the Resolution No. 1442 - Northwest Open Access Network Bond Issuance and Repayment Agreement that was previously scheduled for the November 3, 2020 Board Meeting.
