Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County will be held at 6:00 p.m., on Monday, August 12, 2019, at the Cusick Town Hall/Community Center, located at 111 1st Avenue, in Cusick, Washington. The Board of Commissioners will be attending this meeting. The purpose of the Special Meeting is for the Board of Commissioners to discuss and ask questions regarding the potential acquisition of the Cusick Water Treatment Plant. No final action will be taken by the District’s Board of Commissioners
