We know power outages are challenging. We work hard to make sure your power doesn't go out, but if it does you can report your outage and stay up-to-date on service restoration with the tools below.

Contact the PUD to report an outage by calling our main phone line. A representative will ask questions about your location and situation and dispatch the necessary staff to fix the problem.
If you are experiencing an emergency please call 911.
During large outages our phones can experience a high volume of calls. If you don't want to wait on the phone, feel free to push # and leave us a message with your address and/or account number and we will be sure to put it in our system.
