SmartHub is a mobile and web application that allows you to view and change account information, monitor and analyze your electric usage, and make payments in a secure environment, all from your mobile device or computer.

Navigate to: SmartHub New User Registration and follow the steps to sign-up.  You'll need your billing account number.

Auto Pay takes the worry out of paying your monthly bill through automatic withdrawal from your checking account or an electronic transfer from your credit card. Sign up online through your SmartHub account.  Simply navigate to "Bill & Pay" in the upper left and select "Auto Pay Program" and customize to fit your needs.

No longer need a paper statement for one or all of your accounts?  Simply manage your billing preferences through your SmartHub account.  Navigate to "Settings" in the main menu and select "Paperless Billing".

Operation Round Up is a volunteer program in which customers agree to have their utility bill “rounded up” to the next whole dollar amount to help those in need.  For example, if your bill is $110.70, you would automatically pay $111. The additional 30 cents is donated to Neighbors in Need.  There are other options available as well that allow you to add your own specified amount to your monthly bill or just make a one-time donation on your next bill.

Sign up online through your SmartHub account.  Simply navigate to "Bill & Pay" in the upper left and select "Round Up" to enroll.
