NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS AND VENDORS!!!
ALL PARTIES THAT WISH TO CONTINUE TO BID ON WORK MUST BE ON MRSC's ROSTERS - this includes SMALL WORKS ROSTER, VENDOR LIST AND/OR PRE-QUALIFIED ENTITIES. ALL MUST REGISTER THEIR COMPANY WITH MRSC ROSTERS.
QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS TRANSITION CAN BE EMAILED TO CONTRACTS@POPUD.ORG.
The PUD has joined MRSC’s roster service to help aid in approving and maintaining our small works, consultant, and vendor rosters.
It is important that you sign-up on MRSC’s appropriate roster(s) as soon as possible! If you already have an existing MRSC Rosters account, you will need to add us to your selections (if you haven’t yet done so).
At this time, we are still utilizing ProcureWare (the PUD’s online contracting portal) to notify of bids, RFPs, RFQs and other opportunities so you’ll want to remain registered there.
Please read on below for the all the details and links on how to register with the MRSC Roster Service.

Welcome to our public contracting page
From time to time the PUD needs to procure items and hire contractors and/or consultants. We depend on a wide variety of contractors, vendors and consultants to support us. We offer a fair and competitive process that gives all vendors, contractors and consultants the opportunity to contract for the PUD.
Our online Contract Management System (ProcureWare) can be used to bid, view solicitations, bid results and awards. Once awarded the system is used to manage the project administration from start to finish including collecting insurance data and bonding requirements. Registration is required to receive notifications for upcoming opportunities, to download solicitation documents and to bid on opportunities. Enter ProcureWare here: popud.procureware.com
Small Works Roster Applicants:
The Small Works Roster is used for the majority of our public works/construction projects up to a value of $350,000. In order to be eligible to bid on these projects you must register as a small works applicant through MRSC. Public works/construction projects over $350,000 are by competitive bid.
Vendor List:
