Help Bring Broadband to Your Neighborhood

Help Bring Broadband to Your Neighborhood

Would you like better internet?

Please take part in the “broadband challenge.”

It is a simple check of your service address against the Washington State Broadband Office’s map to verify the information & report inaccuracies.  Only 6 challenges per census block are needed.

The broadband website, map, & detailed information on how to participate is available at wa.broadbandnavigator.com.

  2. How to Submit a Challenge
  3. How to Take a Speed Test

Here is a quick summary on how to search and see if you should submit a challenge:

The first step is to find your location on the map. If your location is showing inaccurate service, for example it is showing your address as "served" and is highlighted green or "underserved", highlighted yellow, but you do not have any service, you can submit a challenge by taking a Speed Test.  More information can be found in the links above.
