Once the below items are submitted, an appointment will be scheduled with one of our staking engineers to review your project.  Note: The applications are fillable forms that you can either complete electronically or print.  Completed applications can be emailed to service@popud.org. To complete the application electronically, first download and save the application to your computer or electronic device.

1. Residential (Building a new home?) 

To have electricity installed to your residential property you will need to:

1. Complete a Residential Application for New Service
2. Complete a Residential Electric & Fiber Line Extension Application
3. Complete a Site Drawing Worksheet
4. Complete a Site Evaluation Application
5. Submit a copy of your warranty deed
6. Provide an Application Fee

2. Real Estate Development

To have electricity installed to a subdivision you will need to:

1. Complete a Residential Application for New Service
2. Complete a Subdivision Line Extension Application
3. Complete a Site Drawing Worksheet 
4. Complete a Site Evaluation Application
5. Submit a copy of your warranty deed
6. Provide an Application Fee 

3. Commercial

To have electricity installed to your business you will need to:

1. Complete a Commercial Application for Service
2. Complete a Commercial Line Extension Application
3. Complete a Site Drawing Worksheet
4. Complete a Site Evaluation Application
5. Submit a copy of your warranty deed
6. Provide an Application Fee
